The first change were making is in our school, and in our hearts! People who are made fun of on a daily basis probably have alot to offer but arent recognized that easy. We want to make them feel more welcome and stop people who pick on them! We've started planning ahead still and are ready to change the future but in order to know what happens next continue reading!

It is important that you identify important goals you want to achieve. You say you want to change the future, it might be a good idea to try to visualize what your future looks like and what small steps you can take to get to your goasl.
